Job Responsibilities

• • Assist in marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand outreach.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.

  • Engage with prospects through various channels, including calls, emails, and social media.

  • Research market trends and competitor strategies to enhance marketing efforts.

  • Coordinate with the sales and business development teams to generate leads.

  • Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media content.

  • Support event marketing initiatives and client engagement activities.

  • Gather client feedback and work on improving demonstration techniques.

  • Maintain records of marketing activities and prepare reports.

  •  Providing training and onboarding sessions for new clients.

  • Conducting regular check-ins with clients to monitor satisfaction levels and address  any concerns.

  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
