Job Summary

We’re seeking a Social Media & Campaign Expert to drive brand growth through impactful digital campaigns, content creation, and social engagement. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing social media strategies, running paid campaigns, and executing email marketing with strong creative and analytical skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management, campaign execution, or email marketing.

Job Responsibilities

Social Media & Campaign Management.

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Plan and manage monthly content calendars with engaging posts, reels, and stories.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Research and apply the latest social media trends for organic growth and engagement.

Email Marketing & Automation

  • Plan, design, and execute email campaigns aligned with brand tone and goals.
  • Develop responsive, visually appealing templates for all devices.
  • Segment audiences and automate workflows via platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.
  • Track performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and optimize results.
  • Conduct A/B testing and deliver actionable insights.

Content & Strategy

  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create engaging, high-quality visuals and copy.
  • Craft compelling campaign strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage influencer collaborations and content partnerships.
  • Prepare campaign reports with detailed analytics and ROI metrics.
