Job Summary

The HR Trainee will assist in various HR functions and gain hands-on experience by working closely with top-level management. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or those with limited experience to kick-start their careers in Human Resources.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR tools is a plus.
  • Passion for exploring how technology can transform HR practices.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, including document collection, orientation sessions, and introduction plans and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases as needed.
  • Assist in planning and organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
  • Support the payroll and benefits administration process.
  • Handle day-to-day HR operations and provide administrative support.
  • Participate in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide support in performance management and employee relations initiatives.
  • Creating Hiring Decks.
  • Design and execute engaging campaigns for various HR initiatives, using your creative spark to bring ideas to life.
